Refund Request

***Emet Global Education Group enforces a 30-day refund policy 

Prior to Program Start Date:  A student may request a refund by following the below steps, any time within the first 30 days following their expected Start date of the program which can be found on the Enrollment Agreement. Refund requested by 11:59 PM the day prior to the Student’s start date will be honored at 100% of all money paid towards the tuition cost minus any non-refundable administrative fees (e.g., enrollment application fee).  

Four to Fifteen Days Following the Program Start Date: A student may request a cancellation with refund anywhere from 4-14 days following the program Start date and EGEG will honor up to 50% of the full tuition cost for the program. Refund must be requested by 11:59 PM of the day prior to the 15th day following the program Start date on the EA. Refund will only be paid out on payments student have made above 50% of total tuition cost. 

 

First Three Days Following the Program Start Date: A student may also request a refund at the time of cancelation of their enrollment and must do so in writing. If request for refund is done within the first 3 days following the program Start date on the EA, the student may be entitled to a refund of up to 75% of the full tuition cost minus any non- refundable administrative fee. Refund must be requested by 11:59 PM of the day prior to the 4th day following the program Start date on the EA. Refund will only be paid out on payments student have made above25% of total tuition cost. 

Fifteen to Thirty Days Following the Program Start Date: A student may request a cancellation with refund anywhere from 15-30 days following the program Start date and EGEG will honor up to 25% of the full tuition cost for the program. Refund must be requested by 11:59 PM of the day prior to the 30th day following the program Start date on the EA. Refund will only be paid out on payments student have made above 75% of total tuition cost. 

Non-Refundable: Students are not entitled to refunds after 30 days following the program Start date on the EA. Please see Cancellation, Withdrawal and Drop Policy to learn more about how to separate from your program beyond 30 days following your Program Start Date on the Enrollment Agreement. 

1-3 days- up to 75% refundability- Only against portions of the tuition paid to EGEG above 25% of total tuition cost (minus administrative non-refundable fees) 

4-14 days 50% refundability- Only against portions of the tuition paid to EGEG above 50% of total tuition cost (minus administrative non-refundable fees) 

15-30 days 25% refundability- Only against portions of the tuition paid to EGEG above 75% of total tuition cost (minus administrative non-refundable fees) 

Please note any discounts, incentives or tuition adjustments that were made will be revocable and full tuition cost will be in effect. All payments made will be refunded to the source/sources or agency to which the payments were made from on behalf of the student. There might be further requirements of funding agencies when requesting refund. Funding agency may be notified of refund request. Students will still be responsible for tuition costs once they have started the program. Students are allowed to get a refund within the first 30 days. 

Payout- Please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time from the date your refund request was approved. Approved refunds will take up to 30 days to be issued. Mailed refund could take an additional 7 days to arrive to your address. Student should log into their student portal and complete “Status Change” form if your address has been changed.
